Benefits :
Rapidly removes phosphate and silicate from marine and freshwater aquaria, 3.74g per gram per day.
Informations :
PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM is highly porous and ball-shaped to promote easy water flow through and around it, there by increasing both its efficiency and capacity.
Controls algae growth : Phosphates are a primary nutrient source for many types of algae. By removing excess phosphates from the water, PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM can help prevent algae overgrowth and keep the aquarium looking clean and healthy.
Promotes coral growth : High levels of phosphate can inhibit coral growth and reduce their coloration. By keeping phosphate levels low, PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM can help promote better coral growth and enhance their vibrant colors.
Improves water quality : Excess phosphates can lead to poor water quality, which can be harmful to fish and other aquatic organisms. By removing phosphates, PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM can help maintain a more stable and healthy aquatic environment.
Reduces maintenance : By reducing the growth of algae, PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM can help reduce the amount of maintenance required to keep the aquarium clean. This can save time and effort for aquarium owners.
Removes impurities : PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM is an excellent adsorbent that can remove a wide range of impurities from aquarium water, including dissolved organics, heavy metals, and toxins.
Clarifies water : PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM can help to clarify cloudy or discolored water by adsorbing suspended particles and impurities, resulting in a cleaner and clearer aquarium environment.
Stabilizes pH : PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM has a buffering effect that can help to stabilize the pH of the aquarium water, which is important for maintaining the health of fish and other aquatic organisms.
Promotes healthy bacteria growth : PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM can provide a substrate for the growth of beneficial bacteria that help to break down organic waste and keep the aquarium water clean and healthy.
Freshwater & Saltwater suitable.
Materials :
High heat fired white clay and Alumina Oxide (Al2O3)
PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM is made by processing natural aluminium ore and then heating it to a high temperature (between 1600-2000°C) in a sintering furnace to fuse the particles together and create a hard, dense material.
Directions :
Choose the appropriate amount of PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM based on the size of your aquarium and the level of ammonia, nitrite and phosphate you need to remove.
1 gram of PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM can be removed 2.618 gram of phosphate in 1 liter of water per day.

It will generate heat on initial contact with water.
1) Rinse the PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM thoroughly in freshwater to remove any dust or debris. You can do this by placing the PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM in a fine mesh filter bag and running it under tap water until the water runs clear.
2) Place the PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM in a media reactor or filter bag and position it in your aquarium's filtration system, such as a sump or canister filter.
3) Start with a high flow rate and adjust it gradually over several days to avoid any sudden changes in water chemistry.
4) Monitor phosphate levels and adjust the dosage as needed to maintain the desired level. You can use a phosphate test kit to measure phosphate levels in the aquarium.
Replace the PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM periodically, typically every 12 months depending on the level of phosphate in the aquarium.

From controlled trials at PetLife Laboratory, CA, USA. Both freshwater and saltwater. We therefore intend to answer questions about the solubility of aluminum and its toxicity. The results of these experiments showed that under reef conditions (pH about 8.3), no detectable soluble aluminum was released from PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM under low pH and high content levels. We detected 0.2 mg/l of PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM at pH 5.3 at 3 times the label application rate. In addition, aluminum oxide is not readily absorbed into cells to cause negative reactions, even when the dose of PetLifeEliteR CeramicBallsTM is tripled. Soft corals such as sarcophyton are also unaffected.

To Calculate :
How much does your tank need to put in tank?
Width (inch) x Length (inch) x Height (inch) / 12.8 = (minimum) Volume (ml)
For example
20" x 48" x 20" / 12.8 = (minimum) 1,500 ml
Width (cm) x Length (cm) x Height (cm) / 200 = (minimum) Volume (ml)
For example
50 cm x 120 cm x 50 cm / 200 = (minimum) 1,500 ml
